Default Lunge and twist

Lunge and twist:
Step out with your left foot and assume a lunge position. While facing forward, bring your arms out, shoulder level, parallel to the ground, hands clasped. Twist at the trunk to the right side until your shoulders are completely turned. Imagine your arms have moved from 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock. Remain in the lunge position, but bring arms back to starting point. Finish one set, then switch to the other side.

Try not to eat a lot of carbs, if your not a bodybuilder than you really don't need a lot of protein cause it damages you kidneys in the long run, a multiV, and a supplement(Lipo-6), your gonna need lots of water if your taking a weight loss supplement. I'd say you'll notice results in 3 weeks. Remember the stomach along with the back is the hardest place to develop so results for that 8 pack might take longer than 3 weeks. Remember the hardest part is starting, once you start you got it. Life's Good.

Bartholomew, thanks for the nice tips. It's good if you could start a new thread as your tips are not at all related to the thread. I am little bit confused that you are a genuine member or just doing an advertisement for "Yeast function"

Strength training is also known as weight training or resistance training. Strength training uses exercises that isolate the muscles to contract under the tension of weights, body weight, or devices such as resistance bands. It should result in an increase in muscle power and muscle endurance, and may result in a growth of muscle mass.
