Default gaining weight and build muscles

Hi, I know this may sound a bit weird but how can I gain weight and build muscles fast? I've been working out for a month in hope that I'll be looking more fit, but I feel that I look so unhealthy that's why I wanna gain some weight and muscles as well.

carbo load plus workout. this will help you put on more weight and then workout to make sure you dont just get fat, but bigger in a healthy looking way.

first off, you have to know the reason why you're thin, you may have fast metabolism or maybe it's because of genetics. If weight gain is your goal then you must eat more and workout regularly, you can also try focusing on using free weights.

Maybe you can try eating more often (preferably high protien meals), going long periods without eating causes the body to breakdown several muscle tissues for the calories it needs.

you know it would be best if you check with a nutritionist about this. he/she can set up a diet ideal for your height and all your medical history, etc just to be sure. he/she can tell you which food is best for your body and what to avoid (esp if you are diabetic or whatnot).

Smile Re:Gaining weight+ Building Muscles?

Gaining weight is more than just eating a **** load of McDonalds and call it a meal, it is about portioning the right amount and balancing what's good from what's bad. Eating french fries will make you "big" in a bad way, not in a fit way. Do alot of cardio exercises and really make an effort to walk/run that extra mile and I suggest you use musco-max for building muscles fast. I've lifted for some years, and take muscomax with heavy weights and low reps.

Try to eat food that provides more calories. Check food calories chart to see how many calories you’ll get from food. Look at the top section of the Nutrition Facts label of packaged foods to see how many calories are in a serving. Juice and beverage are a good choice to take. Exercise is essential to having a healthy weight gain. Learn how to add muscle mass and strength to your arms and legs. Do resistances exercise (push-ups, weights, Nautilus) to stimulate muscular growth. Doing exercise will increase your food appetites which will help you gain weight rather than lose weight.
