Default Is this good plan: calories intake + excercise to bulk up

I need your help. So I am 19 male who is 5’6 and 130 lbs and consume 2000 calories a day.
I run 2 to 3 times a week for about 45 min on a trail and my heart monitor says I average 140 to 151 heart rate and the display says I burn 700 calories.
I work out twice a week doing 50lbs curls 5 reps with 4 sets so 20 total. I do them standing and don’t know if I do them right because I also feel that I kind of swing them up. Does anyone have any tips? I take muscle milk and power bars.Btw I spend like 30 minutes at the gym and take alot breaks so the total time actually working out could be like 15 min. I prob should increase that time

Can someone give me some advice on gaining greater muscle mass? Should I eat less? Thoughts? I am unsure how to start so if you guys need more detail please tell me.

thanks

I would limit the cardio to twenty minutes.
Muscle Milk is an overpriced designer product and most protein bars have **** in them.
Stop doing swing curls. Do you belong to a gym? Start doing squats, deadlifts, pullups, bench press, back exercises (pulls) standing military press. Eat more. Eat real whole food.

completely s**** what you're doing now.

Read the essential readings.

Pick a professionally designed routine.

Eat a lot more.

If you must do cardio do HIIT on your off days.

It doesn't look like you've been taking bulking serious. If you really want to gain weight, you need to eat more and do less cardio. And spend about an hour in the gym lifting heavy weight with less reps.

Youtube is pretty good for learning new workouts with the proper form, just search around on there. With standing curls you don't want to be swinging your whole body, that's basically cheating. You want to try and use heavy weight, but not so much as to where you're not using proper form.

Is it ok if I stick with Calorie Count Plus - Free, Intelligent, Online Dieting because I tried the new one FitDay, but is missing a lot of food. Like Kashi or some types of yogurt.
