a combination of 3 things
if you've drastically cut carbs for proteins, that will cause you to sweat a bit, as noted in CS42's post... you go into gluconeogenesis, which is an exothermic chemical conversion of Amino Acids (proteins) to glucose.
Couple that with a higher metabolism (I'm assuming your working out, and also increasing your meals from 3 to 6+), additional water in your diet, and the summer temps... you'll be noticably sweatier.
When I'm protien rich/carb poor in my diet, I'm sweating 1 hour after my 500 calorie, 50% protein breakfast.... winter or summer.
Ketosis (ultra low carb) weight loss is also exothermic. But your breath will stink of ketones as well....
I bring a clean Tee shirt to work in my workout bag to change into after working out, FWIW
