Default Yoga routine for athletic men?

Hey everyone, I was just researching and it looks like it could help a lot with my muscle recovery, lower back, flexibility and etc. I brought a flash card like flip book at a book store it only had exercises but no routines, but a lot of exercises. Can any suggest a website that gives a routine for 2 or 3 times a week or has a routine that they follow. Thanks in advance.
