Default help with boxing

Hey guys I need your help I am already on the abs diet I am lifting weights and doing the diets , so this is my question I like boxing well I love boxing so I just wanted to know if it is ok to practice boxing two day a week like Saturday and Sunday something like pouching the bag and the speed bag you know stuff related to boxing without loosing muscles

Or do you recommended something!!!!!!!!!!
