I have just started resistance training after a couple of years boxing, and mainly cardio stuff. I am currently in the Navy and soon to be transferring over to the royal marines. I have devised a good routine for the gym and the question I have is, say for instance I am performing a seated row, my arms feel more fatigued than the muscles I am trying to target. This seems to be the case for most of my upper body exercises. I do feel that the targeted muscles have been used by the following day but I am just not sure that this is right. Can anyone shed some light on the matter for me.
