Default Permanent Erectile Dysfunction

am getting confused. I have ed for a year and a half and the urologists said all my blood tests are fine and the problem is in my head. I am 20 and in good health with little alcohol use and no drugs other then wellbutrin for the past 2 months. The therapist said she thinks it may be medical and there is nothing psychological that she can find and said she cant help me. What do I do now? Viagra and other drugs dont really work, they improve blood flow but I still cant hard. Has anyone even heard of a 20 year old getting a penile implant? I hate the fact that this may be something I might have to consider. What more can I do besides relax and hope things get better?

Dude, penile implants hurt like sh*t! Have you seen those videos in youtube about the risks of penile surgeries. I suggest you just start living a more healthy life. Dietary supplements may also do you good.
