16 and not hard enough

hi, im 16 and i have tried to have sex with my 18 year old girlfriend 3 times but i havent been able to get hard enough to get a condom on ne of those times...i used to get very hard erections all the time but i just cant nemore and it is really embarrassing...what do i do?
