Default Regarding Diet...

Regarding Diet... you should not drink too much water as soon as you finish your dinner. Coz after your dinner our body secretes some enzymes which helps the process of digestion. If you drink water immediately after your dinner then all those enzymes will be desolve in water and will not be able to help digestion process. Which may cause many issues with your health and digestion system.

Hello Abhi,

Thanks for your suggestions...

I think you are right with your suggestion that too much water intake immediately after the meals can cause serious problem with your digestion...

Also I would suggest you to avoid the cold water intake after the meals because it will solidify the oily stuff that you have eaten in your meals and that can cause the cancer or may result into heart attack..

So do avoid the cold water immediately after the meals........

What do you think ,Any suggestions?

Dear funguyfff,

Thank you for your guidance. I am agree with your suggestion that water helps us in the process of digestion, but my suggesstion was about immediate intake of water when you finish your dinner. In general whenever someone take dinner he drink water hence, there might not be issue with drinking water for digestion process. But as per my knowledge immediate intake of water cause problem with speed of diestion process by affecting the enzymes. I will suggest that after dinner wait for few minutes and then you can have jar of water.

Moreover water is a need which can takeover the dinner, but dinner can't do the same

Also, water is necessary cause Blood contains 95% water, so drink water and be healthy. Please accept Best Wishes for your health and I need same from you :-)
