Thank you for your guidance. I am agree with your suggestion that water helps us in the process of digestion, but my suggesstion was about immediate intake of water when you finish your dinner. In general whenever someone take dinner he drink water hence, there might not be issue with drinking water for digestion process. But as per my knowledge immediate intake of water cause problem with speed of diestion process by affecting the enzymes. I will suggest that after dinner wait for few minutes and then you can have jar of water.
Moreover water is a need which can takeover the dinner, but dinner can't do the same
Also, water is necessary cause Blood contains 95% water, so drink water and be healthy. Please accept Best Wishes for your health and I need same from you :-)
