1) For Cough & Cold
Sqeeze the juice of a lemon into a bowl. Put in a spoon of sugar or honey and mix them well. Twice a day and within two days you will get rid of your cough.
Another option is to grate onions and collect the juice. A couple of small bits of ginger and a spoon of honey. 2 days n voila
2) Memory Power
Put in a few Brahmi leaves and heat it gently in milk with a little bit of sugar in the day time. Let it come down to room temperature and cool it. Have it before going to bed. Its a very good memory builder yup
Soak 2 almonds and 4 black seeded raisins in water overnight. Have it in the morning after brushing. Good for health both physical and mental.
3) For growing Children
Give them a teaspoon of Sitopaladi Chooran with honey with half spoon of honey before going to bed. Good for growing children 2thumbs
4) For Constipation
Isaab Ghol is the best.
5) For clearing digestion problems
Half teaspoon of Harde in about 50 ml water gently heated. Gulp it down in one shot when its slightly hot. 2 doses of this and pet ek dam saaf. Good for ppl who are on the move and keep on having different kinds of foods at irregular times.
