Post The Man-Diet Flat Belly Diet

Is anyone else following any of the Man-Diet UK plans? I started on the Flat Belly plan, as it seems quite promising in reducing belly fat, which is my biggest issue. They also send you a gift (George Foreman grill) with your first delivery so I can't deny that tempted me too! It's based on the 'Flat Belly Diet For Men' book (by Liz Vaccariello) and resolves around incorporating MUFA's into the meals (e.g. nuts, avocados, dark chocolate, etc.).

    Here is what I know:

-32 day plan, all meals included (three main meals plus plenty of snacks, condiments and desserts)
-4 day Flat Abs Kickstart which is the beginning stage of the diet
    - a 'soft start' option (you start on a reasonable amount of calories and that is reduced very slowly, so you don't notice)
    - freshly cooked meals (no shakes and stuff, actually the meals look like restaurant meals in safe plastic containers)
    - no hunger (a major plus for me!)

There is more info on their man-diet (uk) website. What do you think?
I've only just started but I will keep you updated with my results. I'll be glad if anyone else joins in as well.

Default thinking about starting this next week

    Hi Callum,

Just wondering how you're finding this plan?

Hope to hear from you soon.

I started this on the 2nd March, the first few days are really hard because you have to get used to eating a reduced amount of food.
That said I've lost 5.4kg (11.9lbs) in 13 days, and that's without going to the gym or doing exercise.
Can't wait until to see what happens when I do go.

I have my own plans so I need not to follow to others... As they are good enough to rest on them..I know which is the best one for me..but surely your plan would be also great for you..
