Default Choosing what to eat... Help!

I'm a vegetarian, and I wanted to know if I want to eat something like cream corn or some canned beans or canned corn etc., will the calories in it then be considered negative calories? Because a lot of the foods I eat are Canned and I want to watch my calories but, in a lot of the canned foods there are many calories per serving size (ex. beans= 150cal per 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup). I also would like to know if including rice in my diet would be a good thing and what would it help with. Lastly, what does it exactly mean if a food is a negative calorie food and what whole meals can I eat that are negative calorie? I also want to eat and be filled up, without all the calories!
