Default Example of my diet.. Today

Breakfast: Apple 80 calories
Wheaties 150 calories
2 pieces dry toast 70 calories

Lunch: 2 pieces of dry toast 70 calories
Healthy Choice Meal 230 calories
Nutritional Shake(ensure)250 calories

Dinner/befoer college:Lean Pocket 270 calories

after college(8 pm) 2 oz piece of grilled chicken- 175-200??
wheaties 150 calories

Exercise - walk around the block, playing with dog, shooting basketball(cardio day)
Tomorrow is back to weight lifting and cardio...

Calorie Total - Around 1500, is this a good day??
