ryan is on a distinguished road
Default I think im in touch with the true meaning and journey of health.

Take it slow, relax, results are inevitable if you stick with it. For me around 2000 or so calories aday, weight lifting 3 days a week, cardio every week day, even if its just walking, and eventually I'm gonna reach this goal. It could take 5 months to lose 40 pounds. But if i get it done the healthy way, its a win win situation. Why lose 30 pounds in a month if its all lean mass. Build muscle, burn fat, eventually that weight is gonna go down. once a week weight in,and PBF checks. keep track of calorie intake. I only drink pure Water, maybe a propel fitness water on occasion. No Diet pop, or regular pop. its so easy to only eat around 2000 calories, infact i have to make sure to eat every 3 or so hours, just to reach that amount, it is like im sacrificing nothing, but fast food and empty calories, that make me feel like **** when I eat them anyway. I really believe that this will work ,and im going to get the job done
