Default Software

does anyone know of any software that can keep track of my eating and exercise regiment? I like to have a more quantitative approach to this process (aside from just weight) and also be able to see patterns in my diet -- food/exercise on certain days, amounts of food/exercise, mood, etc.

I would prefer something free, of course, but any suggestions are welcomed.
