Hello. Just joined the forum! My name is Matt (obviously) and I have a lot of weight to lose. For the past 3 weeks I have been on a low calorie diet of 800-900 calories. I don't feel like I am starving myself though because I've been eating mostly Lean Cuisine meals 2-3 times a day, with a snack of strawberries or blueberries in between meals. I'm taking a good multi-vitamin and drinking 64-80 ounces of water a day ..
I was wondering if this is a reasonable diet plan to stay on for a long period of time. (5-6 months) The reason I am cutting the calorie intake so low is because I have a certain date that the weight must be lost by! Any advice, comments, suggestions?
