i have been eating roughly between 1 to 1.6 grams of protein per pound of weight
why is it that i keep on getting hammered with people saying i am killing myself with protein GRRRRRRRR HELP!
other people have told me its ok. i need an answer to this, if its true that it is killing me i will lower it to below 1/gram per pound.
i have been eating 1 to 1.6 for past 6 months i have lose 87 pounds.
my carbs are plenty between 40 to 50%, my fats are 20 to 30%, protein between 20 and 30%
any tips or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
why do people sabatoge my efforts in my bodybuilding journey, are they jealous? GRRRRR i live with very heavy people in my family
