I've realized how important it is to "eat right".....I've been losing weight at a better pace eversince I started "eating".....yeah, whn I was desperate to lose weight, i'd eat very little....that too not the right kinda food .....I ended up losing weight, but it was so slow.....my face lost its glow n I looked so sick.....Since 1 month or so, i started eating right. Rice, veggies, fruits, cereals and lotsa water.......but within 1200-1300.. ...this change 'DID' accelerate my weight loss......
* Do not starve
* When you want to binge, dont stop yourself. But before you gulp all that junk, drink 1 tall glass of juice or have a salad. Then, let yourself go, i bet you'll eat very little. Dont do this very often....this is just to handle that irresistable temptation.
* I know! eating veggies is a very irritating thing...Keep aside a lil quantity of what you'd love to eat for a meal....rice, noodles or or whatever....eat that last after you had all your veggies n fruits.....this makes you satisfied and the taste remains because you ate it last....
* Never be hungry...it tempts you to giveup...eat little every 2-3hrs (veggies n fruits) even if you are not hungry.
* Drink lots a water
And...all this with atleast 30 mins of Cardio!
