Default Health dept say carbs not a problem for obesity -WRONG!!!

The health dept in Canada [Canada Health regulates foods and drugs] today stated that "Low Carb" labels on food products are not allowed anymore!! Stunning, since these are the same people who refuse to make labelling of GMO and irradiated foods mandatory despite customer concerns.

I really do believe that low carb diets will help you lose weight, as well as helping us avoid certain haelth problems like diabetis and candida.
Lets forget Atkins here, since his works have been hijacked and twisted around since his death.

But the fast carbs found in processed foods and breads and so on will turn on your fat storage and you get fat. That must be true, its so true so for me at least.

I would love to see some real research on it, but thats not going to happen soon, so maybe others here can help me out if they agree. I would send a letter to Health Canada to voice a protest if you do!

On a high note, I hear that the company who makes WONDER BREAD is heavily in debt. Wouldn't it be great if they stopped making this attractive, sugary "processed to the gills" semi-food? Its just candy for kids, not at all what they need. It rots teeth as much as candy does. It causes candida to flourish. The vitaminbs and minerals it does have are all put there, like supplements thjat may or may not help us. Its a crime to call it food.
