Samual is on a distinguished road
Default sugar

I would like to know if there is an alternative to honey. I dont eat or drink any junckfood, sugary foods etc. At the moment I dont eat much of anything. So the only sweet thing I get/take is honey. I put it on rice cakes and in herbal teas.

Now I would just like to know if there is an alternative I could put on 'my ricecakes' and into my tea to sweeten. I often feel weak and shaky because my blood sugar goes down.
But at the moment I am unable to just eat what I like as I dont know if I have any allergies or if I am intolerant etc.

Any advice would be great.
