Default Fiber diet ...?

Like most fruit, acai provides a liberal amount of fiber to the diet. Fiber helps push food through your digestive tract like a broom. In addition, because it shortens the amount of time food stays in your digestive tract, the items you consume have less time to be absorbed by your body and stored as fat. Fiber also helps to satiate hunger.
