As such fast food consumption is to be limited to 20% of the daily diet with the remainder of the diet coming from healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and lean meats. French fries and sodas are not part of the plan and in fact all fried foods should be avoided because they are a source of the extremely unhealthy trans fats.
