Thumbs up

Its hard to judge how much you loose and in the gyme do alot of cardio workouts thats the best for you it burns more calories. you should eat early dinner and no snacks after dinner. you might even try eating 5 smaller portion meals and stuff. if you do what i said you should loose alot of weight i dont know how much proble 4-6 pounds each week since a pound of fat is 3500 calories so you will have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound. if you read a book for 20 minutes burns more calories then 20 situps situps and push ups dont burn alot of calories its mainly cardio like set a plan run 2 miles in moring and do some situps and excersice then work out at gym at night hope that helps

I wasnt sure how to do this either. I had to figure out my RMR to figure out how much to eat on days I dont workout and how much to eat when I do workout. My RMR is 2025 so that was my starting point, I went though a number of test at my gym to figure this out along with my VO2

Hope this helps out
