ive read this line on my sisters guide book on diet

Once again, I'm warning you that low carb diets are not the perfect solution to weight loss. But, if you're determined to try it out, I hope this helped.

Hi, sorry about posting without giving you a diet plan advice, but I'm going to give you advice on something about fat loss and carbs that everybody should know:
Azi Ahmadi a Registered Dietician answered this common fitness questions:

I hear so much about carbs being evil, is that true?

I've been barely eating any fat and not losing weight, why is that?

Go easy on low carb diets...

Carbs are absolutely necessary for muscle energy. You need to eat carbs just eat the good ones!

Great answer. Eat the good carbs. YOu definitely need them. It is a major part of the food group. YOU have to have your fats, Carbs and Protein. It's no way around it.

Limit your white breads, rice and paste.

Yeah i wouldnt recomend a low carb diet. I tried it and i felt like i had less energy during the day and i always felt tired.
