Default Diet change?

I'm lookin to change my diet for a month or two (also continuing my exercising!) just so I can loose a little bit of weight, I'm just going on 14 stone wanting to get down to 12.5 or 13 stone. Any tips/recipes? I'm thinking about vegetarian meals and also fruit/fibre intake? Thanks
