I eat about four or five times a day, usually no more than 250 calories per meal (with a diet consisting mainly of very low-calorie foods such as vegetables that limit is hard to exceed without feeling bloated and stuffed). Breakfast and lunch are the bigger meals with about 250 for each respectively, after that I eat smaller meals roughly every three hours, they're about 200 cals each.

My meals are roughly 350-400 breakfast, 400-450 lunch and 450-500 supper. Plus a few snacks in between to get to 1400-1500 cals average for weight-loss.

I alternate breakfasts to include cereals, toast, eggs, yoghurts, porridge, smoothies, cooked meats, cottage cheese, peanut butters.... Anything goes.

It depends on the day (and how much I ate the day before): if dinner the day before was light, then I'll have a bigger breakfast; or, the reverse, if I had a rich dinner, breakfast will be on the lighter side (note that I am maintaining, and not looking to lose).

In terms of calories, breakfast can range anywhere from 300 to 700 calories. Typically, breakfast and lunch are the most substantial meals for me with a light dinner.
