I was wondering why i couldn't shed weight for the longest. So i put myself to the test and cut out ALL soda, even diet soda. For 2 months now I lost 30 lbs, down to 266lbs from 296lbs.
My doctor basically told me to change my eating habits or DIE. He was blunt because he knew if he had to "be around the bush" then i wouldn't take him seriously. At first I didnt think just cutting out soda would help me none. But i had to start somewhere. At this point , I wasnt active in any excerise or sports. So i was basically concidered "couch potato". I was drinking anywhere from 2-3 LITERS of soda daily. I didnt even have not ONE bottle of water in my frig at that point in my life.
Any suggestions?
