During lunch today it occurred to me that we all have to have something up our sleeve that tricks our mind to think we are eating Way More than we actually are. Lately I’ve started using those really small hole graters when I grate cheese on anything. A standard 1in square goes a lot further with littler shreds. My girlfriend read (and started doing) giving us the smaller plates at dinner.
I'm wondering what other little tricks do all of you have out there that could help us think we are getting more with our eyes than we actually are with our stomachs?
