kelvy is on a distinguished road
Default Ready. Set. Wait ?

I have been doing research and have decided to do the 11-day diet. I am a "sweets addict" and feel that this is the best and most logical plan for me. Here is my problem though.....

I read the tutorial on here along with using the calculators to figure it all out and I think I may be setting myself up to fail like so many beginners. I am a 31 in April, 320 pound female that is 6'0 tall. I estimate that I need between 2200-2500 calories a day. I really don't see how the 11 day diet will do that with eating tuna and chicken all day with a couple different types of eggs. I see that we eat to live and all but then there is a lot of info stating to eat for metabolism not to stall certain this and certain that. I am just trying to find out if maybe some of these diets don't require the min. cals and if not will it be like the Atkins I did and gained it all plus some back?

Btw, on my activity calculator, it stated i'd lose about 1600-1900 cals a day.I stated boxing w/punch bag and walking w/20 pd. weights and end w/ weight training. I stated about a hour 2x a day. This doesnt include the normal things day to day. So with a 11 day diet and burning around 1500 cals easy is this ok? I want to start but don't want to do any further damage in my effort to lose. I feel it is with a loss of about 2.5 lbs. a week. But want to make sure I have picked the right food plan and not too much exercise as I know I need to do it just enough to lose to save room just in case i stall.

Please help me as I am open to all opinions and suggestions other than fad diets as that is not my long term goal.
