Default ALWAYS HUNGRY! please please help

Im always hungry, its insane! I eat my three meals a day, and it good portions but Im always hungry 20 mins later, and I eat nad eat... so I lost 5 pds but cant seem to keep it off, doesnt go up past my 148, but Im gettting frusterated.

PLEASE some tipps to not eat eat eat

chewing gym helps me when i am not able to eat a snack, i also set an alarm on my phone to go off so i know when to eat because i have the tendency of not eating when i get caught up with work.

Don't get panic...do one thing - if you fell hungry, carry food with you wherever you go and keep eating but only remember one thing..not eat more when you r eating something. Take food in but in less quantity. So this will not make you feel hungry. Try out this, I am sure it helps you and as you will eat the food in less quantity, your weight will also not gain. cheers

try eating 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. this way it helps control you bloodsugar and also will speed up your matabolism

yup this theory really worked for me..

Having 6 small meals is better than having 3 big meals..

Yes, 6 small meals. Don't ever let yourself get completely hungry you will eat more.
Let an apple be one of the meals or a soy protein drink.

You don't always have to eat heavy food to feel full.

Also, a few almonds (maybe 10) once before lunch once after.

Yes small meals are better for you ..i prefer to eat a few small portions through the day ...than one or two heavy meals ...and nuts are great ..and as far as im aware good for fertility for the guy !! nice one !
