It is my diet and the time I eat, that being said, I am testing out a new plan for working out for dieting, and boosting the cardio up:
10 am Morning - Protien shake, with soy milk, banana, strawberry
11 WORKOUT - 30 mins run, 30 mins bike, 30 mins weights usuallly
1230 After workout Post workout Protien mix with water
1240 Tuna sandwich, brown, with some veggies
3 small snack, like almonds or yougort or some fruit
6 Chicken breast, veggies, or something along those lines
11 Protien shake before bed (same as 1'st)
I am eliminating any junk food, high in sodium foods, extra bread, and pop. Keep in mind I am looking to cut up... These next few weeks are gonna be hell for me. I like to eat many foods lol
Any your suggestion on this will be appreciated.
