Default LifeScan

When I tested myself yesterday morning the little battery icon came on.

Checking the manual it said that it could still do 50 tests but I need a new battery.

I emailed Lifescan because it's a OneTouch Ultra, which I love.

Exchanging emails the conclusion was, my meter falls into the time limit and that they will be sending me a new meter and that I would have to send my old one back to them.

Early this year they sent me a new one due to a general recall of meters but I was happy with my meter so sent back the new one with a letter of explanation.

All I wanted was a new battery. I like the shape and feel of my meter.
