Default Rice bran and germ oil capsules have reduced my blood sugar levels
I have been taking rice bran and germ oil capsules for 5 months and have noticed my blood sugar levels have gone down significantly whilst my energy levels have also increased. I have noticed that my finger nails are stronger and my skin is looking better.

Has anyone else had the same results from taking Rice bran and germ oil capsules?
