Default Is Diamaxol reduces blood sugar?

I've come to know that Diamaxol http://www.nutracura.co.uk/products/diamaxol.php
is very effective to control Type-1 & Type-2 blood sugar. I would like to know that is it only the marketing stunt or it really works? Does anyone from you people has actually used it, and if yes then it really helps.
