I'm trying to get Ken Hamiltons Creative diorama book, but the **** thing is over 200 bucks now! I guess it's not in print anymore! does anyone know what happened and why it was taken out of print?

I tried getting a hold of the publisher, I got the number from the girl at barnes and noble. No luck

Does anyone have a copy to sell?
