Default Streching/flexibility

I think my lack of flexibility is beginning to hinder my weight gain and lifting. When I try to go up any higher in my squat it feels like my form suffers, like I can't go all the way down but the weight doesn't feel that heavy. What is a good routine to improve my flexibility?

Why don't you try for yogas?

It will help to reduce your weight with increasing flexibility

Definatelly. I do yoga, but being a girl it probably effect us differently.
Although, my boyfriend is a martial artist and does a form of yoga to keep himself flexable.

Both yoga and martial arts are good to be healthy .

One can choose any one of them as per their choices
