If you are not only looking to burn love handles and belly fat away, but want to tone your abdomen and build muscle, you are going to be doing some crunches, twists etc. Whilst these are fine exercises to add tone to your midsection, they alone will not get rid of the fat. It is impossible to turn fat into muscle, and the muscle you want to tone is hidden under layers of fat. Be sure to combine your muscle toning exercises with the cardio exercises in order to get any visible benefit.
