Jogging is probably the best exercise to burn love handles and belly fat there is. It is a form of cardiovascular exercise, and while any cardio exercise is good for burning fat, jogging tends to burn more with less work. As with any cardio exercise, to get any benefit you need to keep going for at least 30 minutes a session.
