Default Men's Health Fitness - Treadmill Problems

I've noticed that when I run on the treadmill I get severe cramps after about 45 minutes. I figured it was because I usually work out after lunch time (noon). I hold off on eating before the workout, and still I get these cramps. Any connection with eating or drinking before or after running?
