Yoga is actually considered as being a near perfect exercise routine, and is distinctively different from any other exercise out there. When performed with dedication and purpose, yoga can be quite demanding, especially considering what particular type of yoga you get into, but it is always immensely rewarding. Yoga really stresses quality of movement over quantity, unlike most other exercises, and this is one of the major differences that make it so unique.

Yes i do it every day ...It helps in maintains proper functioning of each and every part of our body and it also makes us fresh whole day...
