Default Push Ups - do you like ?

One of the many military calisthenics exercises are push ups. To execute a push up lie chest-down with your hands at shoulder level, palms flat on the floor and more than shoulder-width apart, your feet together and parallel to each other. Look forward rather than down. Keep your legs straight and your toes tucked. Straighten your arms as you push your body up off the floor. Keep your hands fixed in the same position and keep your body straight. Do not bend or arch your back as you push up. Exhale and pause then lower your body slowly back to the floor and repeat this procedure again and thus you have completed one repetition of this military calisthenics exercise.
