This is one of the easiest and most important yoga at work exercises that you can do. The purpose is to relieve early symptoms of tightness or tension in the shoulder and neck area. First you need to raise your shoulders towards your ears until you feel slight tension in your neck and shoulders. Once you feel this you want to relax your shoulders downward into their normal position, and repeat this several times.
