yeah i know what you mean. I am eating about 2000 - 2500 calories a day depending on my activity level. That is based of my RMR aswell. I gave up all the fast food, junk food, and anything else that is not that healthy. I travel for work so when I am on the road I have to eat out alot and try to make the educated dicision of getting everything plain and healthy as possible. Its a little hard but it in the end it will be worth it
