Default Indoor Cardio At Home

Living in Northern California right now, the air quality is very, very poor from all the fires. To the point where going outside to do cardio would probably do more harm to me than good.

I don't have access to a gym. I can lift at my house, but I'm wondering what are some decent cardio exercises I can do inside?

Are your ceilings high enough for jumping rope?

try body weight complexes for example
60 sec jumping jacks
15 burpees
60 mountain climbers
30 sec slalom jumps
25 body weight squats as fast as you can
20 grasshoppers

or

15
ju
bw squats
push-ups
split squats
decline push-ups

go through the whole circuit rest and repeat for about 20 minutes. killer especially the day after squats or deads.

If you have space, try getting a stand that holds a heavy bag on one side and a speed or double-end bag on the other and do rounds of punching/ kicking combinations. Start with several one minute rounds with a rest, then expand the length of the rounds and reduce the length of the rest, as your conditioning increases. If done properly, it is an intense cardio work out, relieves stress and tightens your core.
