Default Is cardio ever detrimental to getting six-pack?

I know lots of cardio doesn't always HELP in getting six-pack abs, but can it ever slow down the progress?? Sometimes I want to do cardio just to feel good and sweat, but the Abs Diet book suggests cardio only 2 days/week. Any thoughts?

I think, developing the six pack is the slow process ,by taking some supplements you can add six packs earlier than cardio slow process but I would suggest that natural process is anytime good...

No i don't think it will help, there are lots of abbs exercises , like sit ups, rolling legs... Do those daily...
