Default Cardio while trying to put on weight

I'm trying to pack on muscle and weight. I'm looking to do some short cardio (20-30 minutes) on the bike 2-3 times a week to keep my cardiovascular system healthy without losing much weight. Any ideas for a good, short high intensity workout?

Do systematically , like one day you do exercises of abbs, next day shoulders,then bicheps , then tri-seps....

Well i suggest you to do cardio before doing weight lifting exercises.... It helps in burning unwanted fat..
