Ok, so here's the deal: I. Hate. Cardio. There, I said it. Sure, I can go for a run now and then, when the weather is good, and I feel up for it, and ocasionally I can hop on a treadmill and do sprints for 10-15 minutes, but cardio 2-3 times
pr. week? 20 minutes+? Yikes.
I don't really need to loose any weight, so that's not why I'm worried about it. And I do weight training, so I think I'm covered there. But I am concerned with the overall health benefits of cardio, as well as cardio-vascular fitness. Any recommendation for activities I can do that yield the same benefits but are less... cardio-like?
