When i go to the gym, the only cardio i will do is running. It is the only one that feels natural to me...I'm fine with it except for hte fact that i get extremely bored. i don't have a problem w/ running or breathing, i just get bored and i start thinking the worst things and i decide to stop 5 minutes into it. does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to stay on task. i already use my ipod and that doesn't reallly help...and i tryed a workout buddy and that doesn't either....i really need some help on how to keep running
