Default Cardio with my ABS Diet Lifting

Hey all,

So I'm doing the Abs Diet (if you even want to call it a diet) and I absolutely love the lifting routine they give you. Thing is, I'm worried about cardio. If I lift M/W/F and go on a short hike Tue/Thurs at the local nature reservation will this be enough cardio? I'm also thinking about taking a martial arts class. Would adding brief cardio before and after the lifting routines be worth it or overkill/detrimental to muscle recovery?

Thanks,
D.

Yes the cardio or exercise more than your capacity will kill your muscles and it can take time to regain them back....So 20 minutes are enough for you
